We are not all made to receive or give information and support in the same way, despite the worlds intense pushing of one size fit all models of success, healing and all the rest. This is why I feel so excited to offer this, for all of us that thrive in ways that are outside the mainstream ways of doing it. Around this time last year I offered a lil menu of written 1:1 support, because my genius generally come through over time and also through the written forms of communication. A few events and questions this week gave me a juicy response to offer this again, in a sightly refined way.

Swedish and English are both on the menu, and we can either chat on Insta Dm or Telegram.
I love the format of having spaciousness to just be ourselves and also asking/answering in our own timing and as they come up – through our interaction. This way of offering 1:1 support also give us the opportunity to coexist with work, family or however your situation looks like. Transformation doesn’t have to be jam-packed with information, words or tools.. sometimes the most radical change is invited into our lives from a nourishing space that is focused on authenticity and presence.
Spaciousness also give me time to feel into your question(s)/situation, researching if needed, sharing pictures, links and all else we feel like sharing, in a calm, grounded space without the stress or pressure to “fit it all into 1 hour live session”.
